Patient identifiers only reach you when the dentist marks consent. Files and messages live under HIPAA-grade controls — and we sign the BAA so you can sign theirs.

From the application to your first payout

  1. 1. Apply and complete KYC

    Tell us about the lab — legal entity, country, specialties. Complete identity verification through Stripe Connect. The platform admins review and approve. Most labs are live within two business days.

  2. 2. Build your public profile

    Add a portfolio with consented before/after photos. Define your services, turnaround days, currency, and base pricing. Doctors see this when they search the marketplace.

  3. 3. Accept your first case

    New cases land in your inbox. Review the spec and files, set your gross price, send the quote. The doctor pays into escrow, the case enters your workflow board.

  4. 4. Run production on the workflow board

    Move cases through the seven production states. Send the design for approval inline. The doctor's response triggers either manufacturing or another revision pass.

  5. 5. Ship and get paid

    Mark the case shipped, then delivered. Funds release to your Stripe account when the doctor confirms — or after the 14-day grace period. The 10% platform fee is deducted at release.

  6. 6. Earn a review

    Doctors leave a public review on completed cases. Your KYC + Stripe + review history shows on your public profile, ranking you for the next match.

What we don't take from you

  • We don't take ownership of your designs. STL files, scans, and any IP you produce stay yours.
  • We don't lock you into the marketplace. Cases from your existing dentists can stay direct — same software, no platform fee.
  • We don't mark up Stripe. Stripe charges you what Stripe charges any business; we don't add a margin.
  • We don't sell your customer list. Your dentists are your customers.
  • We don't hold escrow indefinitely. 14-day auto-release after delivery means you don't chase ghosted approvals forever.
