Pricing

One simple fee. Only on completed work.

No monthly subscription, no setup fee, no per-seat charge. We earn a single percentage of the gross doctor charge when a case successfully completes — and we deduct it from the lab payout, not from the doctor's charge. You see the exact rate when you create your account, before you accept any work.

One flat fee
of the gross doctor charge, on completed cases
Free for everyone to sign up — practices, labs, technicians.
No charge until a case is paid for and completes.
The fee is deducted from the lab payout, not added to the doctor charge.
Stripe processing fees apply to the doctor charge separately. We don't mark up Stripe's fees.
Same fee for marketplace cases and direct-intake cases.
Fee is rebated in full on a refunded or fully disputed case.

What that actually looks like

Same example case, three angles.

LineAmountWho pays / receives
A full worked example — gross charge, Stripe fee, platform fee and the lab's net payout on a real case — is shown as soon as you create an account, before you accept any work.

Stripe's actual fee depends on the card type and country. The lab payout shown above uses Stripe's typical card-present rate; international cards and ACH have different rates.

Frequently asked

When is the fee charged?

When a case successfully completes — i.e. the doctor confirms delivery (or the 14-day auto-release window elapses). Drafts, declined cases, and cancelled cases never accrue the fee. A fully refunded case rebates the fee.

Who absorbs the fee?

The lab. The doctor's gross charge is what the doctor pays; the lab's net payout is what the lab receives. The lab effectively sets its own price knowing the platform takes a fixed percentage off the top, and most labs price slightly above their off-platform rate to keep the same net. The exact rate is shown when you create your account.

What if a case is disputed?

Escrow pauses the release while we mediate. If the parties agree on a refund (full or partial), Stripe issues it and the platform fee adjusts proportionally. Decisions are recorded in the audit log of both sides.

Are there discounts for high volume?

Not yet. We'd rather hold the price flat for everyone until we have a real cohort to negotiate against. When that changes, we'll publish the discount tiers here, not in side deals.

Do I have to use the marketplace to use the workflow?

No. If you already work with a lab off-platform, the lab can invite you (or vice versa) and the case workflow runs identically — just without the marketplace fee structure. The same platform fee still applies on those direct cases that pay through Stripe escrow.

What about Stripe's processing fees?

Stripe charges its standard fee on the doctor's payment. We don't mark up Stripe; we don't take a slice of Stripe's fee. The number you see in your Stripe dashboard is what Stripe took, no more.
